Megan writes and illustrates all things fashion, with special attention to Coco Chanel as well as Christian Dior, Gucci and Louis Vuitton (just to mention a few). Her work inspires me because it’s beautiful and effortlessly flawless (in my opinion). I have most of her signed books and have met Megan three times. I like to think that one day my job will be to create things that I’m passionate about that bring joy to others!

Fashion Designer

Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel known as ‘Coco’ Chanel, was one of the most influential fashion designers of all time. Coco created iconic fashion pieces that changed the way women dress forever. She designed clothes that were comfortable, yet elegant, timeless and simple. Her legacy, the ‘Chanel’ brand is very recognisable in the fashion world. I hope to influence and inspire fashion design, just like Coco did.

Ocean

With its hues of blue and green, the ocean is one of my favorite destinations. This photo of Waikiki, Hawaii was captured by Eugene from Aquabumps. Water, sand and iconic palm trees influence lots of design. I have been lucky enough to visit Hawaii twice.

Jewellery

One thing that can complete any outfit is accessories, in this case jewellery. They can transform a simple look into something runway worthy. I hosted a jewellery making birthday party where my friends and their mums designed and made necklaces and earrings. I loved how each of my friends created completely different yet amazing styles.
